Provide training, support and oversight on the sales processes and operations of each Joint Chiropractic clinic. Develop a high-performing team of Doctors, Wellness Coordinators, and other staff as needed. Facilitate the sales and marketing of the Joint Chiropractic services for each clinic. 100% field based position; perform all admin/operations functions while in a clinic. Must be available to answer calls and emails daily 24/7 as needed to keep a finger on the pulse of the business. Acts as “Ownership” eyes in the clinic daily.

Leadership:

This includes:

Model The Joint’s value, culture and leadership behaviors and follow corporate policies and procedures Oversee the day-to-day activities involved in providing services at the clinic including scheduling, staffing, operational flow, and inventory management Ensure all staff are sufficiently trained on systems and protocols to assure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures

• Set clear objectives to high performance expectations
• Provide ongoing constructive feedback and coaching to team members
• Lead and inspire a rich culture of execution, training, development and high-performance Coordinates contingency plans in order to ensure smooth operations during times of weather events, equipment failure or malfunction, facility issues, or any other disruptions to clinic operations

Execution:

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Operations in overall execution in all clinics through daily operational excellence.

This includes:

• Placing the right people in the right roles
• Ensuring proper position training across the team
• Implementing The Joint’s policies, procedures and operational standards and maintaining a high level of execution against these standards
• Leading the execution of brand initiatives, promotions, events and in-clinic follow through
• Driving exceptional customer service including friendliness, caring and empathetic patient focus,
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the trade area to build relationships and drive revenues

Results:

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Operations in creating a profitable clinic group where all productivity, sales, people and financial targets are met.

This includes:

• Clearly communicate expectations for performance standards
• Deliver targeted sales, traffic and profit results for each clinic
• Deliver against established customer feedback metrics
• Attain employee training, development and turnover targets
• Ensure brand initiatives are implemented and performing to set targets
