The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and leadership skills to manage our centers effectively. Responsibilities . Knowledge of DCF requirements for daycare schools

• Oversee all schools
• Work with the Directors of each school in determining HR needs and ascertain that all schools continue to meet strict DCF requirements
• Flexibility
• Ability to travel
• Work with staff to prepare a realistic budget for each school
• Ensure sound bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed
• Establish and maintain relationships in the community to help Wellington grow and thrive
• Oversee upgrades/maintenance for all schools Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Supervisory position in a multi-facility daycare
• Knowledge of education administration practices and regulations
