Director of Operations Position Available In Lee, Florida

Myers area and we are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day ops and manage the office. Prior experience in the behavioral health field is required!

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

HR representation and paperwork Admissions oversight Clinical Program Budget and operation All scheduling functions Accounts billable Managing contracts related to operations (pest, landscaping, etc.) Communication to CEO and CFO Manage licenses, building and sober Any other other tasks that need to be done that fall under the ops scope

Operations Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Experience in healthcare management, operations, and leadership. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. Excellent communication skills. Solid understanding of financial management.

Full-time Pay:

$75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
