If You Are/Have:

Customer Service expert with demonstrated leadership abilities. Detailed oriented and take pride in accuracy, quality, safety, and timeliness as a signature of your work. Enjoy helping educate/mentor/coach/supervise experienced field staff. Basic understanding of business & financials, and their impact on operations. Willing to hold field staff accountable for performance whether positive or negative. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner to create ‘win-win’ scenarios. Prior supervisory position preferred. Have a clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience
