Job Description
The Plant Operations Manager serves as a resource and liaison to the Building Service Coordinators (Maintenance Directors) within assigned territory regarding all aspects of facility physical plant operations. This role maintains strong communication and relationships with field operations in the delivery of support services to the business units including implementing, training, evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of processes and vendors.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Manager, or associated field; Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Years of Experience:
Three to five years’ experience in construction planning, project management, facility management or equivalent. Experience in interactions with state healthcare regulatory agencies
Travel:
travel up to 80% depending on home location
Physical Demands:
Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently.
