Overview The Operations Supervisor directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates event setup activities and operations for the facility. This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00-$22.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until September 26, 2025. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise event sets/conversions Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and managing of changeover staff Manage event support staff (stand-by staff, stagehands, fire panel) during events Assist with the daily maintenance operations of the building Organize all storage rooms to be in neat and working order Maintain all event equipment (staging, basketball equipment, etc) Oversee opening or closing of facility for a move-in or move-out Build and Maintain Tenant Relations Provide support and management oversite of the changeover department: event set-up and tear-down, i.e. basketball floor, stage risers, chairs etc. Participate in the development and administration of the Operations Departmentbudget; Forecasting of future funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies Assist in the purchasing of event equipment Assist in the scheduling and maintain approval of payroll through scheduling management program Provide the event manager the proper labor reports in a timely fashion Ensure part-time staff is working safely, efficiently and are aware of proper safety guidelines. Intellectual/Social Demands:

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including: following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. Employees in this role will constantly be in leadership role; this requires directing others either verbally or in writing to complete tasks in prescribed time frame. This position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills including: ability to direct/motivate/inform staff and foster collaboration, being able to recognize and resolve conflicts, being able to openly communicate in writing and verbally with clients.

Physical Demands:

While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc; constantly moves about the arena and event sites before, during and after events to service clients and supervise staff; constantly communicates via telephone, two-way radio and in-person with others to exchange accurate information.

Work Environment:

The duties of this position are performed indoors and occasionally outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments is usually moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-event times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, facility management, or another related field preferred Experience with facility coordination and direct employee supervision Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to function in a multi-task environment Strong written and oral communication skills are vital Ability to work beyond normal business hours as required, including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays Forklift and aerial lift certifications are necessary Strengthened by our Differences.
