Full Job Description The Role:

Reporting to Suites Supervisors and Management, a Suite Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to suite holders events, ensuring that all requests are taken care of and food and beverage orders are completed accurately in accordance with Legends Hospitality Premium standards.

Responsibilities:
Event Days:

Ensure food and beverages in assigned suites are set up in a logical way that flows and is in accordance with Premium standards. Ensure assigned suites are provided with each item from their order. Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned by Suites Management and assist fellow team members as needed. Assist Suites Runners in delivering food items to all suites in assigned area. Maintain a clean and organized environment in assigned suites. Communicate and create a rapport with assigned suites’ owner and guests, ensuring that all requests are taken care of. Communicate guest concerns/requests to Supervisor and/or Manager in a timely manner. Communicate add-on orders to Pantry Coordinator and Suites Supervisor and ensure timely delivery. Complete opening and closing beverage inventory in assigned suites. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience working with a POS system. Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure. Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed. Punctuality and dependability. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations. Excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance. Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Availability on 2 weekdays for Suite setup preferred. Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
