Private Duty Home Health Care Sarasota, FL 34233 We are a fast-growing private duty home care agency seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all day-to-day operations of 3 locations and help scale our company with systems, leadership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all internal office and field teams
• Maintain compliance with AHCA, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, client services, and caregiver retention
• Build and refine internal workflows and SOPs for growth and scalability
• Track performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
• Support company expansion into multiple counties

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare operations (Home Care or Home Health preferred)
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and goal-focused
• Proficient in operations tools and platforms
