The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to drive business development and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing profit and loss, ensuring that our operations align with the company’s goals while fostering a culture of excellence among team members. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet quality standards. Manage store, pool route and repair personnel to ensure timeliness, and customer communication. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position. Strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management. Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss effectively. Excellent leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams. Solid understanding of sales principles and business development strategies. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of all aspects (maintenance and repair) of residential swimming pools is a must.
