This position ensures safe and efficient material extraction while managing production, quality control, safety compliance, and personnel. The manager will also ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Production Management
• Oversee extraction, processing, and stockpiling of materials
• Optimize production workflows for efficiency
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce OSHA, MSHA, and environmental standards
• Maintain and improve site safety programs
• Staff Supervision
• Manage operators, laborers, and pit personnel
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Equipment Management
• Oversee maintenance and use of heavy equipment
• Coordinate repairs and equipment planning
• Quality Control
• Implement material quality checks and consistency protocols
• Cost Management
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material costs
