Your Day at Lowe’sIn thisrole, safety is our core value, with regular training and promptissue resolutions. As a supervisor, you play a key role in ensuringyour teams regularly follow proper policies, regulations, andsafety procedures.

You also play a key role in communicatingworkload plans, engaging with associates, and working with otherteams to drive the overall success of our supply chain operations.

Your day is dynamic and focused on optimizing operations. Youoversee task allocation, monitor production, and make real-timedecisions to improve workflow. You will be responsible forcoordinating and managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamlessworkflow, prompt deliveries, and cost-effective practices.

KeyResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead operations associates inreceiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks.

Monitorproduction volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow andperformance.

Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, andpromptly address safety concerns.

Respond quickly to changingworkflow conditions, making real-time decisions.

Resolve operationalissues to minimize disruptions in supply chainoperations.

Communicate business objectives, daily workload plans,and performance expectations.

Provide support and guidance toassociates through associate relations issues.

Collaborate withcross-functional teams for enhanced supply chainperformance.

Minimum Qualifications4 years of experience indistribution center/warehouse operations or related area ORBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation,Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fieldMinimally must beable to lift 25 pounds without assistance; ability to lift up to 70pounds.

Basic math and reading comprehension skillsBasic computerskills, including working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProvenrecord of complying with safety requirementsPreferredQualificationsExperience building a culture of safety among directreports and peersLeadership experience with direct reportresponsibilityExperience mentoring and coaching othersExperiencemonitoring the work of others to ensure qualityExperience workingwith and communicating to leadershipPrevious leadership roles inother Lowe’s supply chain facilities, or leadership roles inCorporate-led initiativesExperience with software applications suchas Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management SystemBi-lingualskills, if applicable to the facilitySchedule RequirementsAvailableto work a set schedule that may be changed by management based onthe facility’s needs.

May be asked to work mornings, afternoons,nights, and/or weekends based on the facility’s needs.

WorkingConditionsEnvironmental factors vary by location. You may beworking in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure tovarying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid,windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed toconstant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shakingobjects and equipment.

Lifting methods vary based on role, weight,and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting singlelifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used asrequired, with proper training or assistance from a trainedcoworker.
