$33.6K – $39.9K a year 4 days ago Qualifications Assisted living 3 years Senior care Senior level Nursing Full Job Description The Operations Manager will be an integral part of our new business venture in Northern Palm Beach County and Martin County. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is active and well connected in the community and possesses Home Healthcare or Senior care experience. This individual will be responsible for engaging with and onboarding caregivers, and conducting client engagement activities. They will also support the launch and growth of Seniors Helping Seniors® Treasure Coast South by increasing community awareness and building referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other senior care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development by identifying and maintaining referral sources. Convert client prospects into care recipients and applicants into caregivers. Represent the business at community events to promote the company’s mission and values. Manage orientation, training, and client match processes for new caregivers. Manage client/caregiver schedules to ensure caregivers are assigned to all client scheduled shifts Monitor performance and partner with ownership to address caregiver or business performance concerns. Oversee client onboarding, including conducting assessments and maintaining the CRM system. Ensure long-term client satisfaction by delivering quality services and meeting sales goals. Support operational processes such as payroll, invoicing, and reporting. Provide ongoing training and support to staff to ensure optimal performance.
General Expectations:
Adhere to state and company policies and procedures to meet company objectives and ensure high-quality service. Maintain client and caregiver relationships through regular communication. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management. Work independently while maintaining ongoing and open communication with owers Ensure compliance with confidentiality and company standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in and passion for senior care, strong relationship-building skills. The candidate should be able to thrive in a start-up environment, be tolerant of ambiguity, and be motivated to see business growth and to be rewarded with growth incentives. Additionally, the candidate should have existing strong ties to North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta and/or Stuart community.
Location:
The role requires living in Northern Palm Beach County or Martin County, Florida, and will be a hybrid of in person and remote work.
Qualifications:
Senior Care Industry, nursing or healthcare administration experience required Familiarity with ACHA requirements and regulations and ability to apply them to daily practice Excellent oral and written communicator Intuitive, good listener, solution-oriented, driven Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player Professionalism when working with remote families and Caregivers in a structured environment Process-oriented, results-driven, and able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software
