The ideal candidate will lead teams, managers schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies. This role is crucial for driving profitability and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned area. Duties Lead and manage daily operations across multiple sites to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback. Motivate and support team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Resolve employee issues and address performance concerns. Manage supplies, equipment, and budgets for assigned sites. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites, identifying areas for improvement and addressing client concerns. Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly. Ensure that cleaning standards meet or exceed client expectations. May assist with administrative tasks for payroll and employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual (Fluent Spanish and English) 3-5 years of experience in commercial cleaning, preferably with supervisory or management experience. Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple sites, schedules, and priorities. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Knowledge and familiarity with current labor market; skilled in identifying and attracting candidates in the current environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in commercial cleaning to maintain a safe working environment.
