As our Assistant Galley Operations Manager, you will be a part ofour exciting, highvolume shipboard operation team. The AssistantGalley Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that thesupport elements of the galley operation (ware washing, chemicals,equipment, repair/maintenance, PPE, supplies, etc) are operatingand in full compliance with the company?s standards. This positionplays a critical role in ensuring the infrastructure and supportsystem for a successful culinary operation and superb guestexperience.

• Ensures all assigned areas are clean and visually appealing atall times as per compliance with USPH. Coordinates public healthrelated functions to ensure adherence with the highest operationalstandards as stated in SQM, SOPs, etc
• Assumes responsibility and accepts ownership for achievingresults in all areas of accountability including guestsatisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, expenses, workplacesafety, and other key results areas
• Inspires the team through encouragement, training and recognitionof outstanding performance
• Organizes and delivers public health and cleaning procedurestraining to shipboard staff ensuring awareness of procedures andprotocols
• Conducts periodic and random public health inspections, providesguidance and support for all public health related issues.
