You will be responsible for overseeing daily beach operations, ensuring high standards of guest services, and leading a team to success. Duties Oversee daily beach operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment. Manage staff schedules, including shift management and supervising team members. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Coordinate events and special functions, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Train and mentor assistant managers and new staff on company policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and high performance. Skills Proven experience in beach management or similar roles within the hospitality industry. Strong background in cash handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Experience in supervising staff and managing shifts in a busy environment. Knowledge of beach operations or resort management is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
