As Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ourexciting, multi units, high-volume shipboard Beverage Operation andoversee its multicultural world-class team. You will be responsiblefor managing the entire Beverage Operation onboard our state of theart ship?s (all bars/lounges, restaurants, venues and crew diningareas). In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel theworld while working for a top global employer of choice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effectively plans departmental activities, including schedules,side jobs and events
• Ensures all bars and storage areas are kept clean and operate incompliance with USPH standards at all times
• Ensures that all equipment in Bars, Bar Pantries, and Bar Areasis properly repaired and maintained
• Responsible for having adequate stock of product and supplies onhand, in accordance with par levels set by Inventory Management
• Oversees and is responsible for all bar requisitions,inventories, bar par levels and transfers
• Responsible for all work schedules and opening and closing hoursfor each venue (in conjunction with the F&B Manager)
• Consistently evaluates the team against the brand?
