We’re looking for a bilingual Administrative & Operations Coordinator to assist with bookkeeping, scheduling, client follow-up, and overall administrative support. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping tasks including reconciliation of company credit cards and vendor accounts Input, track, and follow up on customer invoices and overdue payments Send service agreements and ensure execution prior to project start Track employee hours and process payroll Generate operational and financial reports as needed Accept incoming work from vendors and create corresponding work orders Follow up with customers after service completion for quality assurance Pick up and deliver equipment to customer locations when necessary Support the business owner with administrative tasks, including scheduling and file management

Requirements Bilingual:

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP) Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for occasional in-person tasks) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working both remotely and on-site depending on the task Schedule & Work Environment Part-time (approx. 15-25 hours/week to start)

Hybrid:
