THE POSITION

Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting to the FIFA Club Manager, the FIFA Club Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA Club World Cup 25 Guest Operations VIP Hotel team and will work in close collaboration with Accommodations, Guest Relations, Transport, and other key individuals responsible for delivering key operations for guest groups in VIP Hotel. The main responsibilities and oversight of the FIFA Club Coordinator for the FIFA Club World Cup 25™ include: Support all FIFA Club operations throughout tournament time at the assigned VIP Hotel such as Welcome Desk, entertainment, F&B, shift rotations, guest entry and exit, etc. Carry out all Guest Operations plans, policies, and service levels as provided by the FIFA Club Manager to ensure access control and a safe environment for our guest groups Follow proper protocol procedures for all varying guest groups as guided by the FIFA Club Manager Maintain a sharp overview of all FIFA Club offerings and daily operations to properly communicate them to guests Adapt to changes in schedule, guest expectancy, and logistical requirements Work closely with the Guest Operations, Guest Relations, Transport, and Accommodations teams to plan and accommodate for guests with special requirements Support the preparation of reports and record tracking systems used by FIFA Club Maintain a strategic overview of all Guest Operations at the VIP Hotel during tournament time Provide the delivery of an exceptional FIFA Club experience to all guest groups

Bachelors Degree in Management, Sport Management/Business, Marketing and Communications, Hospitality ideal 2+ Years Hospitality and Guest Management Experience, with Operational Experience
Experience with reception, customer service, guest operations, and hospitality, as well as related event services; knowledge of its respective methodologies, planning and controlling tools Experience supporting end-to-end V/VIP hospitality programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively ensuring smooth operations Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus Prior experience with international or large-scale events is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong project management and operational coordination skills.
