We’re looking for a Director of Brand Operations to bring clarity, speed, and structure to the cross-functional machine that drives our brand-from campaigns and content to partnerships, retail, and digital growth channels. Position Summary The Director of Operations will be the operational nerve center across all departments-ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and scalable internal systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, retail, events, and performance channel managers (Amazon, Google, TikTok) to keep the company aligned, deadlines met, and initiatives moving forward with discipline and clarity. Key Responsibilities Act as the central point of coordination between teams: marketing, creative, partnerships, retail, events, and performance media Create internal workflows and systems to streamline communication, manage timelines, and drive accountability Manage weekly project reviews and cross-functional standups to ensure alignment across launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives Track project status, budgets, and KPIs across departments-ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Help operationalize key brand moments (product drops, media campaigns, events, retail activations) by aligning stakeholders and removing blockers Build scalable SOPs and processes to support company growth across all customer-facing channels Identify gaps in execution and proactively problem-solve with team leads to ensure delivery on business goals Work closely with leadership to ensure initiatives map to quarterly and annual business objectives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or project leadership within a fast-paced consumer brand, DTC/eCommerce experience preferred Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from concept to launch Obsessed with organization, systems, and building repeatable frameworks for execution Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you make teams more effective just by being in the room Familiarity with tools like
