As we expand, we seek a high-impact Director of Operations (Integrator) to lead process optimization, supply chain efficiency, cost control, and strategic execution across our business divisions. Position Overview Reporting to the company President, the Director of Operations is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across EGS. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, driving cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee daily operations across all EGS divisions, ensuring efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead the rollout of process automation and ERP implementation for streamlined operations.
  • Establish data-driven performance tracking systems to ensure accountability. 2. Financial & Cost Optimization
  • Collaborate with Finance to reduce operational costs by 10% annually.
  • Ensure operational budgets align with financial targets and cost structures.
  • Track and analyse profitability per division, optimizing margins above 30%. 3. Supply Chain & Vendor Management
  • Optimize vendor relationships, logistics, and inventory management to improve supply chain performance.
  • Ensure a 95%+ vendor compliance rate and 15% inventory turnover improvement.
  • Develop a contingency plan for supply chain disruptions to prevent operational delays. 4. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and IT.
  • Drive employee performance and training programs to improve workforce efficiency by 10%.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and data-driven decision-making. 5. Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, OSHA, EPA, and trade laws.
  • Monitor financial and operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop business continuity plans to safeguard operations from disruptions. Must-Have Skills & Experience 1. Leadership & Management
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-division operational leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading teams across multiple locations.

  • Strong background in process optimization, workflow automation, and cost reduction.
  • Experience implementing ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma, or other operational methodologies.
  • Ability to create and enforce SOPs for multi-unit operations. 3. Financial & Cost Control Expertise
  • Experience managing operational budgets exceeding $10M.
  • Proven ability to reduce operational expenses and improve gross margins.
  • Strong financial acumen in cost control, margin analysis, and profitability tracking. 4. Supply Chain & Logistics Management
  • Expertise in inventory optimization, vendor negotiations, and logistics efficiency.
  • Experience with international trade compliance, freight management, and supplier contracts. 5. Risk & Compliance Oversight
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance, workplace safety (OSHA), and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and business continuity planning. 6. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Technology Skills
  • Experience with KPI tracking, operational dashboards, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, supply chain software, and automation tools. 7. Fluent in English and Spanish Desirable (Preferred) Skills & Experience
  • Experience in franchise operations or multi-unit business management.
