This high-impact role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Launch
Lead the planning, coordination, and rollout of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
Regulatory Compliance
Support regulatory strategies, including documentation and filings (e.g., NDA, ANDA, 505(b)(2)), and help navigate global approval processes.
Vendor & Manufacturing Oversight
Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers to support product development and operational needs.
Facility & Operations Development
Oversee the setup and scaling of pharmacy, laboratory, or related facilities, including infrastructure planning, equipment sourcing, and process design.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Identify opportunities to expand product lines, develop partnerships, and support long-term business growth strategies.
Process & Equipment Knowledge
Apply understanding of pharmaceutical processes, equipment, and quality standards to ensure operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including compliance, R D, marketing, and operations to bring products to market effectively.
Risk Management
Proactively identify and address regulatory and operational risks to support smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is required
Experience with regulatory filings and product launches is strongly preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, compliance standards, and vendor management
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and adapt quickly in evolving markets
