With big goals and even bigger burgers, we’re expanding fast—and looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced District Manager to help lead the charge in our north locations. The Role We’re on the hunt for a hands-on District Manager (DM) to oversee operations at our Aventura, Dania Pointe, and West Palm Beach locations. You’ll be responsible for new store openings, driving performance, training teams, upholding brand standards, and delivering a killer customer experience across the board. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee daily operations across 3 stores, ensuring top-tier performance and guest satisfaction Partner with General Managers on staffing, training, and operational consistency Analyze financials, manage budgets, and ensure KPI targets are met Conduct regular site visits and maintain high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and service Support marketing initiatives, influencer visits, and local events Work with HR to recruit, onboard, evaluate, and retain top talent Coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and support repairs/maintenance Ensure smooth new store openings and regulatory compliance Provide weekly and monthly hiring reports Be a proactive problem-solver and leader who motivates and inspires teams Perks & Compensation
