This role was made with room to grow for a service-minded rockstar) About you… College degree in hospitality management. 10 or more years experience in a senior management position of a Forbes Four/Five Star luxury background. Highly developed employee relations skills required. Basic computer skills. Awareness of key hotel industry trends. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to provide legible communication. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, profit and loss statements. Ability to train and motivate individuals, creating and maintaining a cohesive team.
