The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and runners. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the floor and dining areas. Ensure staff adherence to Amor Miami’s service standards, dress code, and health/safety regulations. Coordinate table seating, reservations, and guest flow for optimal efficiency. Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and guest expectations. Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and performance feedback in collaboration with management. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Promote a fun, upscale, and inclusive atmosphere in line with Amor Miami’s brand values.
