The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and property management, ensuring that all household operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the household. Responsibilities Manage the opening and closing of office Welcome clients and all other visitors, and offer them F&B Make sure all clients are comfortable throughout their visit, offering white glove service. Maintaining a clean area after the client leaves. Present /prepare food boards aesthetically and assist all other catering companies with set-up. Maintain kitchen order, keeping it clean and stocked neatly. Manage all meetings by setting up and providing services. Assist with inventory and placing orders for the kitchen of the office. Assist in daily + evening events, weekend events, flexibility is needed Manage and maintain the inventory of office supplies. Assist in working closely with monthly vendors. Skills Elevated High Luxury Fine Dining experience/Catering 2-5 years of proven 5-star service experience in both serving and customer service hospitality Attention to detail, problem solving skills Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred. Culinary skills, wine knowledge, food pairing, cocktail service, mixology experience Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and guests. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team when necessary.
