House Manager based in Bay Harbor Islands, FL Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Our client, an UHNW individual based in Bay Harbor Islands, FL, is looking to hire a House Manager.

Please note:

This role is on-site 5 days / wk. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Vendor Management Executive Management:

Oversee and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, optimizing time management for the family. Liaise with various stakeholders and manage communication on behalf of the family.

Estate Coordination:

Take charge of all aspects of household management, ensuring the smooth operation of the residence. This includes overseeing maintenance, utilities, and interior hospitality arrangements. Procure supplies and manage a seamless cleaning schedule, ensuring the residence is always impeccably maintained.

Travel and Logistics:

Plan and execute international and domestic travel arrangements, including intricate logistics, private charter services, car rentals, and personalized excursions. Provide meticulous packing and unpacking services to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Transportation Management:
