We partner with world-renowned fashion, lifestyle, and automotive brands to create and distribute licensed mobile, tablet, and computer accessories.

Import Manager Responsibilities :

Coordinate import shipments from start to finish (Primarily from China) Prepare and process shipping documents (Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, etc.) for the shipments. Book shipments with carriers, liaise with shippers and overseas agents. Manage customs clearance processes with Freight Forwarders and Brokers. Track shipments, update clients daily on delivery status and exceptions Input shipment details into internal systems. Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, and pricing records. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, carriers, and clients.

Operations Manager Responsibilities :

Process customer orders in ERP system (sales orders  purchases orders). Scheduling pick-up according to customers’ requirements. Sending invoices to customers / Uploading invoices on customers portal along with inputting PL data. Handle customer disputes, billing resolutions, and maintain tracking dashboards. Assist sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals. Maintain accurate operational records and reporting systems. Handle inventory (reconciliation between warehouse & ERP).

Qualifications :

Familiarity with inventory control systems and logistics processes. Proficiency in supply chain management principles 3 years of experience in sales administration, operations or related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and familiarity with EDI . Knowledge of

ODOO ERP

is a strong advantage. Fluent in English , French is a strong advantage, Spanish is a plus. College education Bachelor degree or higher. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently. A sense of humor and a culture fit within our multicultural company .
