Miami-Dade County, FL Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of landscape maintenance, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Landscape Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and grounds, while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The company will provide a pick up truck. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscape professionals in daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards. Oversee lawn care and landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilization. Coordinate tree care services and ensure proper maintenance of all plant materials. Develop and implement landscape designs that meet client specifications while adhering to budget constraints. Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess the health of landscapes and identify areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. Train new staff on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape management. Will need to interact with clients as well as employees. Requirements Proven experience in landscape management or a related field. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, gardening, and tree care. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Ability to maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of landscaping work. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders. A valid driver’s license is required for the job.
