Description:
The Simulation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical and administrative functions of simulation facilities and mobile lab(s), ensuring seamless execution of simulation-based training programs. The role works closely with BioMed, supply Chain, and Facility Management departments to manages the maintenance and operations of the simulation clinical equipment, building operations, inventory management, a/v systems and scheduling systems to deliver high-quality experiential learning. The manager develops and enforces operational policies, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, and integrates emerging technologies to enhance simulation effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in healthcare, education, business, or other relevant degree required. 4 years’ experience in Healthcare, Education, or Simulation operations required Must hold CHSOS or CHSE certification within 12 months of hire date Previous experience in an academic medical center preferred EOE, including disability/vets
