This is an opportunity to lead and grow our brand visibility both locally and with visiting clientele Responsibilities

• Optimize Google Business Profile and implement effective local SEO strategies
• Manage content creation and engagement across Instagram and TikTok
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Build strategic partnerships with local luxury businesses, including gyms, salons, and hotels
• Develop outreach initiatives targeting hotel concierges, Airbnb managers, and vacation guests
• Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns to drive client retention and growth
• Track marketing campaign performance and generate actionable performance reports Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, health, wellness, or hospitality industries
• Proficiency in social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
