13247 Our client, a leading digital advertising agency is currently hiring for an Operations Manager to join their Miami-based team as soon as possible. This role is responsible for leading the management and nationwide rollout of an innovative digital display network across the United States. The ideal candidate will oversee the full deployment process, from planning and execution to ongoing network operations and maintenance. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless, timely, and effective implementation and operation of the digital display network. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the comprehensive rollout of the digital display network across the USA. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure prompt installation and activation of displays. Ensure smooth daily operations of the digital display network, including performance monitoring, content updates, and system maintenance. Establish efficient processes for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to reduce downtime. Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, marketing, sales) and external partners to align network deployments with business objectives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors, ensuring adherence to all agreements. Formulate and manage the budget for digital display network deployment and maintenance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital display network and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvements in network performance and deployment efficiency. Provide leadership with regular updates on deployment status, challenges, achievements, and milestones. Ensure all installations and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or network deployment, ideally in digital displays, telecommunications, or similar fields. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale network deployments across multiple locations. In-depth knowledge of digital display technology, hardware, and software solutions. Expertise in supply chain management, vendor negotiation, and contract management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification. Experience in the digital signage industry or large-scale network rollouts. Knowledge of current digital display technologies and industry trends. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the USA to oversee deployment activities.
