We are a quickly expanding upscale casual high-volume wine bar – we currently have two locations in Miami with another two opening later this year up the East Coast. We are looking for eager, community engaged talent with a nose to the wall in local food and beverage movements and happenings. We are looking for an extremely dedicated and focused leader to run the day to day operations, train managers and staff, manage expenses and costs, and drive the business growth and development. The ideal candidate is proficient in excel, financially savvy, data driven, and has extreme personal skills to work on the floor with guests and staff. There is a lot of room to grow with monthly bonuses with financial goals met.
