Position Overview:

Fiberflon USA seeks an experienced Operations Manager & ERP Implementation Lead to streamline internal processes, implement robust ERP software, and manage all operations, inventory, logistics, and production accounting activities at our Doral facility. This role is critical for improving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

About Fiberflon USA:

Fiberflon USA is a growing B2B importer, converter, and distributor of specialized PTFE-coated fabrics, tapes, belts, and related specialty products. Our parent company, Fiberflon (based in Turkey), manufactures and coats high-quality technical fabrics, which we then import into the United States. At our Florida facility, we perform converting operations, including precise slitting, and manage complex inventory systems involving multiple units of measurement. Our products serve diverse industries such as packaging, medical, food, automotive, architectural, and industrial applications throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, purchasing, order confirmations, invoicing, shipping, and logistics. Lead the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of ERP software to replace current manual processes. Manage inventory systems, focusing on slitting operations, tracking inventory by square meters, and ensuring accurate production costing. Establish clear operational KPIs, monitor performance, and continually improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Supervise office and operations staff, providing leadership, training, and mentoring to enhance productivity and accountability. Ensure accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and compliance with financial best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, distribution, or converting environments. Proven experience implementing and managing ERP software such as NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Acumatica. Hands-on expertise with inventory management involving multiple units of measure, manufacturing operations, or converting processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background or familiarity with technical or industrial products.
