This role is instrumental in creating a luxury environment and executing five-star service expectations in customer service. Performs property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and that operations are running smoothly. Gathers proposals and complete project in a timely manner. Duties and Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Serve as the lead point of contact for all overnight operations. Conduct routine and random patrols of the entire property, including stairwells, common areas, mechanical rooms, and parking facilities. Ensure all doors, gates, and access points are properly secured. Immediately identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, or unsafe conditions. Monitor and enforce parking regulations; issue violations and initiate towing procedures for non-compliant or unauthorized vehicles. In emergencies (fire, medical, criminal activity), promptly contact appropriate emergency services such as Fire Rescue or Police, and remain on-site to guide first responders. Use clear, professional communication over the radio system and fire alarm microphone panel to relay accurate and calm instructions. Supervise access to the building from the guardhouse and other key entry points. Verify all individuals entering the premises are authorized (residents, guests, vendors, or emergency personnel). Ensure front gate operations and procedures are consistently followed during the shift. Maintain a detailed shift log documenting all events, visitors, incidents, and patrol findings during the overnight hours. Submit reports to management with time-stamped entries including photographs or video footage when applicable. Ensure clear shift handover communication to daytime staff, including unresolved issues or items requiring follow-up. Act as a supervisor for any overnight staff present on the property (e.g., patrol officers, bellmen). Ensure all team members are alert, in uniform, and performing their duties. Provide guidance and mentorship to overnight personnel and assist with training as necessary. Competencies; Communication Proficiency. Customer/Client Focus. Discretion. Initiative. Leadership. Work Environment This job operates in a high-end property. This position will often be assisting guests in outside weather conditions throughout the day. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position is a fulltime overnight position. Hours are 11:30pm – 7:30am. Travel No travel required. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year working in the hospitality / property management industry. Experience with computers and software used in an office environment. Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents.
