We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of building operations, ensuring all departments—including Security, Valet, and Maintenance—are running smoothly and efficiently. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards of the property, while enforcing building rules and ensuring compliance with city codes and permits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Security, Valet, and Maintenance departments. Conduct routine walkthroughs of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are being upheld. Monitor contractor activity on-site and enforce compliance with building rules and regulations. Ensure all active unit construction projects have valid and updated city permits on file. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors to address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a strong presence on property during working hours to anticipate and respond to operational needs. Report and follow up on any irregularities or maintenance issues with the appropriate departments. Support the General Manager in ensuring the building operates in accordance with HOA policies and local laws. Utilize BuildingLink (preferred) or similar software to manage communications, work orders, and resident interactions. Provide hands-on support during emergencies or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role in a residential, hospitality, or facilities management setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure. Familiarity with condominium rules, city permit regulations, and building operations. Experience with BuildingLink software is a strong plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must be able to walk the property multiple times daily and respond to operational issues as needed.
