Our work blends craftsmanship with performance. Project Manager to oversee field operations every job is executed with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Position Overview The Project Manager – Field Operations will be responsible for overseeing all job sites, coordinating with installation teams, ensuring site readiness, and maintaining clear communication with both the internal scheduling and quality control teams. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of all installations—from pre-installation assessments to final completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee all installation teams and coordinate their schedules, work plans, and priorities. Conduct job site visits before installation to review and verify openings , site conditions, and logistics. Ensure installations meet company standards and comply with product approvals and quality guidelines. Collaborate with the scheduling team to maintain an organized and realistic installation calendar. Confirm that all materials, components, and team instructions are properly prepared before installation day. Resolve on-site issues and escalate any discrepancies or conflicts to appropriate departments promptly. Act as the primary liaison between the office and the field, maintaining real-time communication and documentation. Enforce safety policies and ensure all crews follow proper procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in construction project management , preferably in high-end door, window, or millwork installations. Strong knowledge of installation methods , site prep, and field problem-solving. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings , and technical specifications. Experience coordinating multiple job sites and managing install teams . Excellent time management , organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Monday.com , Slack , or similar platforms. Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Preferred Traits Proactive and detail-oriented. Highly organized with a focus on accountability and clear follow-through. Technically inclined and able to identify quality concerns before installation occurs. Hands-on and willing to visit and manage job sites directly.
