With a strong reputation for excellence, luxury service, and high sales volume, we are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to help streamline, manage, and elevate our internal processes, team performance, and client experience. About the

Role:

The Operations Manager is the backbone of our team. You’ll work closely with the team lead and agents to ensure the business runs efficiently, transactions are seamless, systems are optimized, and the team continues to perform at the highest level possible. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and team workflow Oversee and refine systems for CRM, transaction management, and marketing coordination Act as liaison between agents, clients, vendors, and brokerage staff Coordinate and manage listings, open houses, contracts, and closings Track key metrics, budgets, marketing campaigns, and performance reports Maintain compliance with legal and brokerage guidelines Lead onboarding/training for new agents and support staff Drive team accountability and provide operational support to ensure goals are met Identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions Ensure exceptional client experience through streamlined communication and organization Prepare marketing materials upon request Minimal work required on weekends as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of operations or management experience (Real Estate team or brokerage experience is a MUST) Excellent organizational and management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM platforms, MLS, Google Workspace, Canva, E-signature systems, etc. Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor’s degree preferred This role is for a fast past, high D personality as real estate demands. If you have not engaged in real estate or have knowledge of the real estate contract, this position is not for you.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of real estate experience Must have car to commute to and from property/shoot locations Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and team member Real Estate license is a plus but not required Must speak English, Spanish is a plus!

Hours:

Monday through

Friday:

9:00am

  • 5:00pm Saturdays/Sunday
  • Flexibility required: Weekend availability may be needed
Compensation:
