Regional Operations Manager Touax Container Leasing Miami, FL 33156

• Hybrid work Touax Container Leasing is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our depot network.

In this key role, you will oversee depot management, coordinate inventory and space optimization, support maintenance and repairs, and contribute to process improvements, in close collaboration with the Global Operations and Commercial teams.

Duties Regional Operations:

Weekly Regional Operations discussion with Global Operations Director. Weekly Regional Operations joint discussion with Commercial/Resale teams. Provide internal support to other departments on operations and depot related issues.

Regional Depot Management:

Rates, RCT performance, Depot agreement/addendum/insurance, including depots availability. Weekly Regional Depot Space Management.

Regional Depot Space Management :

DSMR in coordination to moving inventory to another location

• AMR Specific. Preparation work before Depot Audits and/or Visits (subject to number of depots to visit). Depot audits and/or visits (normally to audit 1 depot will take 1 full day)
• Global MnR Team takes the lead. Depot audits and/or visits (normally to audit 1 depot will take 1 full day)
• Joint visit by ROM for Main depots. Preparation of visit report, Submission, Monitor and filing of Depot Audits, Visits by Global MnR, Regional Operations Manager. Weekly Idle Stock Report. Monthly Ops Reports
• Preparation and to provide to Global Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, Global MnR Manager (Global OCS Monthly Storage Tracker, Global RCT, Monthly RCT Report, Monthly Depot Management, Monthly EDI Error Analysis, Monthly EDI Report, Monthly Repair Analysis for CW).

Monthly Ops Report discussion with Global Operations Director, Regional Operations Team, Technical Manager to improve with depot performance. Review all active depots daily inventory reports / sweep reports. Coordinate with depots for availability & to shift out sales / one way (OW) / leasing units. Coordinate with depot for survey, photos and PTI reports. Depot code creation for Sales Lease and Gatebuy depot.

Global Depot Management:

records and rates maintenance filing. Manage Factory, Depot EDI Set Up &/or Lessee’s third party Connection Set Up. Liaise with Global & Regional Operations Executive and Depot for discrepancy of depot’s monthly invoice. Provide Updates of Factory, Suppliers, Inspectors, Depots contact details to CRM.

Global Maintenance & Repairs:

Manage CTTL, including issuing or cancellation and re-instating units, and any MISC manual depot invoice, and provide DRV amounts. Manual ‘flipping’ of units when still in OPS stock for R&T to be able to sell in advance

logic. Submit EDI EOR into 3rd party system i.e. EOS for ZIM, ONE, Maersk (until iCoral arrives) Others Miami Office Administration. Managing, review and constant improvement of
