Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Wine Runner at The Setai, Miami Beach located in Miami Beach, FL. The Wine Runner will be responsible for assisting with wine and sake inventory management, delivering wine and sake to guests, ensuring proper storage, providing wine and sake service to guests, and delivering excellent customer service to patrons. Qualifications Knowledge of wines, sake, and wine service Customer service and hospitality experience Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus Must be at least 21 years old WSET Level 1 Certification in Wines and Sake preferred Legal authorization to work in the
