Job Summary Job Description:

Be the operational force behind exceptional experiences! As Assistant Director of Operations, you will help oversee the daily execution of foodservice and hospitality functions at the University of Central Florida. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure top-tier service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and implement best practices that make an impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 5+ years of operations experience in hospitality or foodservice Experience managing large teams in high-volume environments Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools

Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic and day-to-day operations across departments Manage service flow and team productivity during events Coordinate vendor and internal logistics for high-volume service Lead training, scheduling, and development of team members Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Ensure guest satisfaction through operational excellence Curious about Life at Levy?
