Automotive Operations Manager
- (Winter Park, FL) Xcite Automotive Winter Park, FL 32792 Xcite Automotive is seeking a Center Operations Manager for our new dealership partners in Winter Park, FL.
About The Role:
Our Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing center operations, sales, and financials for respective dealership partners. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in managing Automotive fixed operations or equivalent in high-volume automotive vehicle processing and service. Prior experience with fleet companies or other reconditioning centers is preferred. The manager hired, will earn a base salary of 65k plus a bonus incentive plan tacked on.
Responsibilities:
All standards are met for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Maintain proper daily and weekly communications with dealership management Assist in all Accounts Payables/Receivables Review and approve all payroll and bonus targets by defined deadlines Approve supply orders and guide associates on budgeted usage Conduct regular meetings with teams to set and review goals and expectations Ensure assigned dealership center is effective and operating effectively. Ensure proper rollout of new products, policies, practices and procedures Provide important data and updates to Center Supervisor in a timely manner Other duties assigned by Center Supervisor are not limited to the above
What You Need:
Leadership experience managing diverse teams of 20+ people 5 years of experience
- In building and managing high-performance teams Strong drive for continuous improvement Comfortable with managing complex processes Strong communication and interaction skills required Reconditioning knowledge and experience is preferred Hands-on mentality Valid Driver’s License required
