Director Of Front Office Benefits Competitive Salary- Up to $85,000 DOE Paid Vacation Time Attainable Bonus, Relocation available 401K Plan with Match Housing Options Director Of Front Office Responsibilities/Qualifications Responsible for all duties of Front Office and Front Service Ability handle guest concerns with ease and understanding Staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office operations Develop and execute cohesive revenue, labor, and operations strategies aligned with overall property goals A minimum of 5+ years experience of hotel operations management with Hilton experience specifically related to ONQ Property Management Systems Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends Ability to live and work in a remote part of Florida Ability to lead a team and hit the ground running!
