Do you have a master’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience? If so, we want to talk to you! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic facilities. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinic operations, improve patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term objectives and plans for clinic growth and development, Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Provide leadership and direct to clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching, training, and mentoring as needed. Champion a patient-centered approach to care delivery, emphasizing empathy, respect and dignity for all individuals. Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate wit clinical staff to ensure adherence to best practices and clinical protocols, Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare partners, and local stakeholders. Represent 26Health at community events, forums, and meetings to promote our mission and services. Identify opportunities for outreach and education to underserved populations. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation requirements, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives., Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, performance management, and team development.
