Director of Operations Vacation Ownership Title Agency, Inc. Orlando, FL VOTA is searching for its next great leader! We are looking for someone who enjoys encouraging and developing others through coaching and servant leadership. This position will present the exciting challenge of overseeing and developing team members with the Foreclosures, Title, Escrow, Resale/Transfer and Developer Closing units. We are looking for a professional who possesses comprehensive knowledge within the area of Real Estate Title. Natural leader driven to motivate others to exceed our business goals and targets while under pressure. As the Director of Operations for Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing client servicing units to include Foreclosures, Title Services, Escrow, Resale, Transfers, and Developer Closings. You will be responsible for ensuring each business unit is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership. Leads coordination and integration of efforts among client servicing units, technology, and business units to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. VOTA:

Established in 2007, Vacation Ownership Title Agency, Inc.(VOTA) is an expert service provider at the forefront of the vacation ownership industry, providing premier title and escrow services. Our staff includes senior members of the vacation ownership industry from diverse backgrounds in timeshare development, lending, and title insurance. We leverage our resources as industry experts to provide a full suite of services for the entire lifecycle of a vacation ownership property including contract audit services, title and escrow work and ongoing member and inventory tracking.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Bachelors in Business Administration or Operations a plus. Proven Timeshare experience. Proven Real Estate Title Experience required. Proven Escrow Experience a plus. 3 – 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing production teams. Experience managing teams in remote offices, fully remote team members and contractors. Must be located in Orlando, FL or Boca Raton, FL. Ability to travel as required.
