Key Responsibilities Human Resources Leadership:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Payroll & Compensation Management:
