We’re looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, lead by example, and help create unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail, and team development. What You’ll Do Assist with daily front of house operations and ensure service standards are consistently met Lead pre-shift meetings and support opening/closing procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations Support and train team members on service excellence, hospitality, and sales techniques Manage inventory of front of house items including food, beverages, and supplies Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Participate in leadership training to grow your management skills
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a front of house leadership role, ideally in upscale or fine dining A hands-on, lead-by-example approach and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of guest service, FOH operations, and POS systems Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Valid alcohol service permit (if required by state law) Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred But Not Required Experience with scheduling and inventory systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are hungry to grow with a dynamic team — we’d love to meet you.
