On-call support from 10 AM to 10
PM EST Salary:
$650•$700 USD per week plus commissions

BLV Enterprise is a rapidly growing organization that operates across both the mobile services and real estate industries. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Operations Manager to support the day-to-day functioning of our teams and locations. This hybrid role involves both remote coordination and regular on-site responsibilities at our retail store in Orlando.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration:
Monitor internal tickets and ensure timely resolution Track attendance and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Approve payroll entries and assist with account-related processes Oversee checklists, shipping logistics, and dispatch coordination Step in to fill operational gaps as needed
On-Site Responsibilities:
Be present at our Orlando mobile store (Mobile Mobile Orlando) to manage in-store operations Assist with mobile service jobs and ensure timely completion Manage inventory, handle parts pick-ups, and provide customer support Accompany real estate team on property tours when needed
Sales & Team Support:
Work closely with Sales Manager to track daily sales activity Participate in calls for training and quality control Maintain updates and follow-through using Trello and collaboration tools
Requirements:
Must be based in Orlando, FL and able to report to our store location Prior experience in a mobile phone store (repairs, customer service, sales, or diagnostics) is required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced setting Comfortable using Trello, Google Workspace, and similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in operations, retail, or customer support Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently and within a team
