This role blends people management, hands-on mechanical oversight, and results-driven leadership in a fast-paced hospitality/entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee the day-to-day running of all attractions, games, food & beverage outlets, and front-of-house areas Ensure facility is clean, safe, and visually always inviting

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule staff across departments Foster a positive, “can-do” culture; conduct performance reviews

Mechanical & Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on games/rides Coordinate with external technicians for complex mechanical, electrical, or structural issues

Guest Experience & Service:

Maintain high standards of customer service; respond promptly to feedback Engage with guests on the floor, build rapport, and resolve concerns

Sales & Financial Performance:

Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, birthday/event packages, and group bookings Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and expenses; implement corrective actions to meet targets Adhere strictly to Company established cash control procedures

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all safety protocols, insurance requirements, and local regulations Conduct staff training on emergency procedures and equipment operation

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., restaurants, hotels) or family entertainment sector

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on arcade games, rides, and equipment

Personal Attributes:

Highly results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine love of working with families and children Impeccable personal presentation and neat habits; values cleanliness and order

Leadership & Communication:
