Job Description
Field Innovation Director Create and implement systems and processes for field staff, affiliates and guides to enable them to effectively develop ideas from inception to incubation to proof of concept. This leader would help the FamilyLife field staff and guides around the US know how to discern, grow, and evaluate their ideas to hopefully reach scale or move in a new direction. This would also include partnering with external organizations who have shared strategies.
