• We are looking for a
• Field Operations Manager
• to manage and support the toll equipment maintenance contract field technicians. This position will be a
• full-time
• and
• remote with travel
• in the Orlando and Tampa areas.
• What You’ll Do
• + Oversee and ensure compliance with CAI procedures and requests for field technicians + Maintain meticulous files and logs to meet record-keeping and follow-up requirements + Regularly interface with managers and supervisors to report issues and concerns + Mentor, coach, and provide training to supplemental team leads + Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and maintain communication with field technicians + Streamline field operational and functional systems for better efficiency + Screen resumes for new hires to ensure they meet minimal contract requirements + Conduct performance evaluations of team members and manage employee onboarding and exiting processes + Oversee and sustain fleet maintenance to ensure operational readiness •What You’ll Need•

Required:

+ 5+ years of experience in a management role with a high school diploma or equivalent + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated strong ability to lead and motivate others + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team + Proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 applications + Valid Florida Driver’s License and pass quarterly MVR checks + Availability for any shift and on-call when requested

Preferred:

+ Experience in managing field operations related to toll equipment or similar industries
